It is a truly holistic way of working, we look at the 3D physical world, as well as the mind and the spiritual 5D. Nothing is more important than the other, they all reflect and support each other.
The Journey...
There are different ways of working with me, over different lengths of time. We can use a structured format that I learnt in the Dharma Coaching Institute, or we can flow and combine all of the tools that I have and follow what your souls needs.
We might need to stay in some areas for longer, it truly is prescriptive to that you need right now.
In our discovery call, we talk about where you are and discover if you want plain English, or whether you would like to discover the world of yogic and Ayurvedic principles, like dosas, kosha's, chakras and more. I can be as esoteric as you like or as grounded! The concepts are the same, the language is just different that I will be using.
You have found your way here, your soul will know whether I am the perfect guide and coach for you.
I have lived all kinds of versions of my dharma and worked through all the different stages, and still am, I am always open to healing and evolving.
Looking back, my life has prepared me perfectly for living my dharma now, which is to bring souls back to remember their inner peace, power, purpose and passion.
I believe that if we all did this work and lived in alignment, shining, the world would be such a different (and better) place, maybe world peace. That is why I keep doing this work.

I am here for accountability, for inspiration and for support. I am there for you to ask me questions in between coaching sessions, I am with you.
For this reason, I no longer do one off sessions, I work on a monthly basis, where we have 4 coaching sessions that month to really implement change. We don't mess around. Following this initial time together there is the option for 1-1 sessions when needed at a reduced rate.

This package must be paid in 1 go as a commitment. As an alternative 1-1 coaching calls are available at £150 a session. I don't believe that one off sessions give transformational benefits. My client's get the most amazing transformations after working closely with me over time.
